Joshua Druzak is the V.P. of Druzak Auto Parts. Josh likes having the flexibility to work in multiple areas of the business. He like the people he works with here the most. His biggest strength is using common sense and reasoning that are applied to everyday issues while overcoming obstacles. 

Joshua holds an associate degree from the University of Northwestern Ohio in Applied Science with a major in High-Performance Auto Mechanics. He was involved at the very beginning of Dukane Radiator and Druzak Auto Parts.

He typically is the one responsible to operate the 4,000-watt CO2 laser, working with CAD drawings, and has helped immensely with the development of the Coremax 48. He worked very closely with John Shaw over a long period of time to get this product correct for production.

As our V.P. his main responsibility is Purchasing for our main supply of items that encompass the 1-800-Radiator Inventory, Operations, and Management.

His performance in purchasing has produced a level well above the competition and has achieved above a 97% fill rate, and many months above 98%.
